“Members”, “Participants”, “Advertisers” and “Contributors” for the purpose of the General Terms and Conditions are all those with access to the site via the registration process or login.

All website members and participants’ contributions must be :

Appropriate, non offensive, non violent and not of a sexual nature

Legal in the country where you reside AND terms set out in this document
Your own content, for which you have permission to post or you directly own
Non threatening or of a harassment nature, or bullying on or offline
Intellectual property
You agree that the publication of any content including mages, files, links, comments and forum entires and any other materials by you on this site will not infringe the intellectual property rights of any member, individual or organisation.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Alison Challoner-Jones owner of this site and to maintain said indemnity regarding Alison Challoner-Jones and this site in relation to any losses, costs and expenses incurred Alison Challoner-Jones, her partners and representatives as a result of any breach whatsoever by you of the terms set out in this document.
Revisions and Modifications of Terms
I may at any time edit or modify these terms. Please ensure you regularly view these terms and conditions and take note of the changes that bind you as a user and member of this site.
Fees and Subscriptions
Subscriptions where relevant for ALL membership and access passes are are single monthly rate per member. Members have the right to cancel their subscription at any time and not renew without notice directly via the designated payment processor, which will result in an immediate deletion of profiles and user account.
Other payment periods are specified at the time of registration.
Subscription cancelations are currently via email to ask@alychallonerjones.com using subject line : HEC Member Cancel or via your Member dashboard.
You are advised to cancel your subscription towards the end of your monthly payment period.
Fees and subscriptions are handled by third party transactions platform STRIPE
Your payment details are not stored on this site,
I reserve the right to amend fees and access permissions and add further levels of access / new fee tiers at any time.
Member Registration
Membership Subscriptions
Approval of membership may take up to 3 working days (Monday – Friday) following your registration application and subscription payment (if applicable) set up. Should your application not be approved, your subscription will be cancelled.
Member Profile Requirements
In order to remain a member of the site with public profile representative of the brand High End Chefs you must comply with the following conditions. By not adhering to these conditions, your profile will be remove and subsequent monthly payments will be cancelled. No refunds will be issued under these conditions and any part or whole monthly fee already paid will cover a portion of the admin task to process removal of your membership :
- Appropriate images without advertising banners or links that truly represents your business
- Correct links to social profiles
- Business / food / drink related images only (any advertising images or infographics will not be approved)
- A good, clear, well written bio about you and your business. Please use a word processor to prepare your bio or request assistance via ask@alychallonerjones.com
- Clear information relating to qualifications and certificates
- Any other information relating to your career (e.g. articles)
- A clear professional profile photo in either chef whites / apron or your usual business / professional dress
