QUICK CUCUMBER KIMCHI

A little tutorial on how to make a quick, Cucumber kimchi.This is super refreshing, really nice, and really easy to make.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 Spring onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp Grated Ginger
  • 1 tsp Gochujang paste
  • 1 tsp Chinese Rice Vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Follow the step by step instructions in the video
  • Grate the cucumber and add to a bowl
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well
  • Leave the flavours to infuse in a clean mason or preserving jar for 3-4 hours
